Everything a track needs to sit forward.
Five characters
Tape, Tube, Iron, Transistor and Fuzz, with DRIVE up to +26 dB and a tilt TONE control after the saturator.
Four classic behaviours
Opto, FET, VCA and Vari-Mu, each with its own ratio, knee and timing. One COMPRESS knob sets the amount.
Louder isn't better
A measured loudness match keeps the output where the input was, so you judge colour and dynamics, not volume.
Parallel in one plug-in
Blend dry and processed, perfectly time-aligned. At 0 % the output is bit-for-bit identical to the input.
Clean lows, wide image
An input hi-pass from 0 to 400 Hz and an M/S width fader from mono to 200 %, before or after the mix.
Fast to work with
52 factory presets, A/B compare, 50-step undo, typed values, resizable window and full automation.
Five voices of saturation.
Soft, rounded saturation that compresses transients the way magnetic tape does, with a gentle low-end bump and a smooth top.
Warm, even-harmonic colour in the spirit of a classic tube preamp. Body in the lows, a soft lift in the presence range.
The sound of console transformers being pushed. Lows saturate first, giving bass and kick a thick, solid grip.
Transistor saturation: faster and edgier, with emphasis in the upper mids. Brings guitars, snares and synths forward.
Hard clipping for effect, with the lows filtered first so it stays focused. For when subtle isn't the point.
Four ways to compress.
Smooth and musical, like an optical leveller. Release slows down the longer it works.
Fast and aggressive, with bite and colour. Catches peaks instantly.
Clean bus-style glue and punch. Release adapts to the material.
Variable-mu tube character: the harder you push, the more it compresses. Dense and warm.
Inspired by classic designs, not copies of them.
Two channels of tubes and iron, seven units tall.

The installer is the full product. It runs for 30 days, then asks for a serial. Nothing to sign up for.
